Online Registration
Online registration can be made through the link https://www.apcp2024.org The online registration will be closed on October 31, 2024.
Confirmation Letter with QR Code
A confirmation letter with a QR code will be sent to the participant’s registered email address. The QR code will be used to claim the convention kit and ID.
Cancellation and Substitution
All cancellations must be made in written form and emailed to the secretariat at secretariat@apcp2024.org. Eighty percent of the registration fee will be refunded for those who cancel their registration before August 31, 2024, and the remaining 20% will be accorded to administrative costs. Registration canceled after the said dates is no longer eligible for a refund.
Substitution is NOT permitted in this Congress.
Certificate of Attendance
The certificate of attendance will be made available only to delegates who attended the congress and answered the online feedback form at the end of the last day on November 17, 2024. It will be emailed to the delegate's registered email address within 24 hours after the submission of the evaluation form.
